Tenee Joyner has served as the Vice Chairperson for two years and the Communication Teams Coordinator for several terms. Ms. Tenee Joyner recently became employed as a Human Services Specialist at Passaic County Board of Social Services. Prior to this role, Joyner was a Program Monitor with the Paterson City Department of Health and Human Services, supporting clients who were navigating homelessness, disaster recovery, and other supports/social services. Additionally, Joyner oversees the City’s Municipal Alliance Prevention Program (MAPP), which works with Passaic County to implement evidence-based substance and alcohol abuse prevention strategies to students at the grade-school level.
